30 DU’s

Rest 1 minute

7 minute AMRAP:

12 Single arm thrusters (6/6)

30 DU’s

Rest 1 minute

7 minute AMRAP:

6 Single arm Devil press

30 DU’s

*** Add up all rounds and reps at the end. Devil presses are STILL worth 12 reps. Each rep is worth 2 points. But you are technically only performing 6 reps. Start over each EMOM.
