There’s no better way to see if you like CrossFit than to come in and try it out! Drop-ins are always welcome, just find a class time that works for you. We will walk you through the process upon arrival and get you started! We understand that life happens and plans often change last minute so we’ve made it easy for our drop-ins; no registration or confirmation is necessary. Just show up and enjoy your first workout for free!
