Step #1 – Attend a Free Intro Session

There’s no better way to see if you like CrossFit than to come in and try it out for free! Feel free to click on the link below to let us know you are coming, but we strongly encourage you to just drop-in at a class time that works for you! Our designated drop-in day is Monday at 5:30p, but you are welcome to come in anytime. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can walk you through the process and get you started! We understand that life happens and plans often change last minute so we’ve made it easy for our drop-ins; no confirmation is necessary.

Step #2 – On Ramp Classes

Before you start regular CrossFit classes, we spend 3 sessions introducing you to the foundational movements in CrossFit, and teach you how to perform them safely and efficiently. You’ll also be introduced to workouts that help you practice these movements. Learn more and signup below.
