RUN OC3

Not just for runners! Whether you want to be a more efficient runner, or you are looking to build your tank, Run-O.C.3. is a great complementary program to CrossFit. And yes, the name was inspired by Run-D.M.C.!

Coaches Colin and Brent program this four-month class, which is based on CrossFit’s Aerobic Capacity methodology. Class meets twice per week, one season per year (offered only during the summer months).

Getting fit is more fun when it’s a group activity! Scaled runs available. As usual, expect the unexpected!
