Coaches Colin and Brent program this five-month class, which is based on CrossFit’s Aerobic Capacity methodology. Class meets twice per week, one season per year (offered only during the summer and fall months).
Getting fit is more fun when it’s a group activity! Scaled runs available. As usual, expect the unexpected!
