Low Impact CrossFit

Whether you want more energy to play with your kids and grandkids, want to lose weight and gain lean muscle or are just looking for a good place to get a great workout, our program can be tailored to your needs.

Our Low Impact class is based on the CrossFit methodology – constantly varied functional movement with core strength and conditioning that is scalable to all individuals – but uses fewer barbell movements and is easier on your joints. The programming is done by Jessie Cartee, physical therapist, co-owner and CrossFit Level 1 certified coach.

Each workout is done in a class setting, so motivation and accountability are built in! You’re in and out in 45 minutes, three days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:15-7p) so that you can get fit without sacrificing anything else. Each class is led by one of our highly educated and experienced, certified coaches.
