Class Schedule

There’s no better way to see if you like CrossFit than to come in and try it out! Drop-ins are always welcome, just find a class time that works for you. We will walk you through the process upon arrival and get you started! We understand that life happens and plans often change last minute so we’ve made it easy for our drop-ins; no registration or confirmation is necessary. Just show up and enjoy your first workout forĀ free!

**SCHEDULE NOTES:

  • Summer Saturday hours are 8:30am only (with babysitting). We’ll resume the 9:30am class sometime in September when everyone’s schedules are back to normal!
  • Sunday open gym times are variable for the summer months. Please check Facebook or Google the day before for our Sunday hours!
