Teams of 4: 2 male/2 female
Rx division: Catered to the athletes who Rx 80% of their class workouts. It is NOT for an elite level CrossFitter, such as a regional qualifier.
Scaled division: Catered to the athletes who modify most daily class workouts. The scaled division will NOT have pull-ups or double unders.
