Our high school program is aimed towards providing a safe environment for athletes and non-athletes alike to learn the essentials of functional movement, body mechanics and strength training as a basis for a healthy life. These basic principles translate well into sports specific training for those athletes who want to gain a leg up on their competition. Give OC3 Teens CrossFit a try and see what you are made of!
Membership includes 3 teens only classes/week plus an unlimited membership to all classes.
Note: Our Teens class goes on hold each summer so teens are free to attend classes around their busy summer schedules!
