The CrossFit methodology is based around constantly varied functional movement. It is a core strength and conditioning program that is scalable to all individuals.

Whether you want more energy to play with your kids and grandkids, want to lose weight and gain lean muscle or are just looking for a good place to get a great workout, our program can be tailored to your needs. Each workout is done in a class setting, motivation and accountability are built in!

Expect CrossFit classes to last one hour and contain a warm-up, strength or skill component, workout of the day and cool down. Each class is led by one of our highly educated and experienced, certified coaches.
