Olympic Weightlifting

More cowbell, all barbell! This highly specialized class is designed to complement regular conditioning workouts programmed at CrossFit OC3. Under experienced coaches, with Coach Gerald heading it up, athletes will receive one-on-one instruction in a small group atmosphere to improve technical proficiency and execution in the snatch and clean and jerk.

Technical proficiency unlocks the CrossFit athlete’s full potential while simultaneously reducing the chance of injury due to improper movement patterns.

$125 – 2 classes/week – 6 weeks

Class meets twice per week for 6 weeks. Programming will be tailored based on individual needs and athlete goals. No previous weightlifting experience necessary!
