What year did you start CrossFitting?

2018.

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

Fitness has always been in my life in one form or another. I grew up running and wrestling from a young age through high school and college. Once my wrestling career ended, I began CrossFit and have been hooked ever since.

Why did you become a trainer?

I became a trainer because I enjoy watching people progress throughout their fitness journey and sharing my love for CrossFit with others.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

Heavy squats or deadlifts.

What is your favorite cheat food?

Half-baked chocolate chip cookies with ice cream.

Who’s your favorite superhero and why?

Frozone from The Incredibles. The coldest superhero in the game.
