Fitness

No one will finish this RX and that is the point. But they do need to finish the time. So please have them scale to :40 on each movement and try to get the first 18 minutes EMOM as something they can realistically finish. The last 12:00 is a free for all!!

*** they will probably need to partner up with someone.
