Less weight on both
Starting at 0:00 both athletes will begin on Snatch/Wall balls. Then they will move to the row and switch off HOWEVER until their desired meters are completed. Once the row is done, they will then move to bike. Again, every 5:00 they will be doing the snatches and wall balls synchronized.
