1200M run (partner 1)

2800/2600M bike (partner 2)

30 Synchro burpees to target


800M run (partner 1)

2000/1800M bike (partner 2)

30 Synchro burpees to target


1000M run

2200/2000M bike

20 Synchro burpees


600M run

1800/1600M bike

20 Synchro burpees

*** Every round each person will RUN AND BIKE. partner 1 will start on run, partner 2 on bike. THEN they will switch. Once both have completed RUN/BIKE they will then begin their synchro Burpees
