600m at PR pace

Rest 60 seconds

300m at PR pace

Rest 30 seconds

150m at PR pace

Rest 3 minutes between rounds
You get to pick between to either run, row, or bike. If using the bike, then double the distance. If you decide to run or row, then do the workout as-is.
