4 Rounds for time:

800M run

10 Squat clean thrusters 135/95 (rounds 1-2-3)

19 Burpee bar hops (her age)

Fitness

400 or 600M run

8 Squat clean thrusters (4th round still 11)

19 Burpee bar hops or regular burpees

On the LAST round (4th round) you will add 1 Squat clean thruster for every year Katie has been KIA. So this year round 4 will actually be 11 Squat Clean thrusters (11th anniversary), the first three rounds stay the same (10 reps).
